Language and Thinking

Which comes first? Without language are we able to think? or without thinking how can we form a language?
For me, both are independent but complementary at the same time. one can think of the happy moments spent with his own mother without using any language or the sad feelings can meditated devoid of language.

Is God perfect enough to be imperfect?

God is Omnipotent- able to do anything. then is He able to limit Himself from knowing everything; which means "Is God Omnipotent enough to 'not to be Omniscient' ?"
Then the incompatibility between Human Freedom and Omniscience of God, shall be justifiable. Never think that  my question is to challenge God's Supremacy rather it is the reflections of a crazy mind. I believe God is not able to Evil, for there is nothing called Evil for God.
